Here is the story of my trip to Peru. There are lots of good pictures and enough text to keep you busy. I was accompanied by my esteemed colleague, Barry.

The links below are in chronological order - click on them to see the associated text and pictures.  Most small pictures can be clicked on to see a bigger image - do it - its well worth it! All pics were taken by me, except the ones which have 'Barry' next to them. Sad camera facts are below.

I used a Nikon F3 HP body with 24mm f2.8, 50mm f1.4, 135mm f2.8 lenses.  The 24mm and 135mm lenses had UV filters on - the 50mm didn't as I broke it the day after I bought it all second hand.  All pics were all done in ambient light.  Film was almost always Fuji Superia print film ASA 200 or Kodak Gold ASA 200 later on because Fuji 200 was almost impossible to get.  Pics are (badly) scanned in on a Canon scanner at 150dpi resolution in true colour mode.  It was a pain in the arse to carry the camera around as it is bloody heavy but the results are well worth it.  Barry used a Canon Ixus with Kodak APS film.
